Listed below you will see a visual meditation which you can enjoy with your eyes open followed by audio meditations which can be listened to with your eyes closed. The following meditations are usually about 20 minutes long. Each one is different and takes you into relaxation and on a special meditative journey. We hope you enjoy them.
Special notes for those new to Meditation.
If you have never meditated before, have patience, it will take a few sessions for your body to get used to the process. Our visual meditations are very helpful for someone who is new to meditation as you can keep your eyes open but still enjoy the imagery and relaxation. The first few times it may be hard to sit quietly and follow the meditation all the way through, don't worry! this is completely normal. Do your best and follow the journey to its end even if you find that your mind is busy. After a few tries, you will find that you are able to sit quietly, relax and enjoy the journey.
